Food samples can be analyzed in order to determine whether are safe for consumption and meet certain criteria set by the client. Furthermore, food samples can be tested for their quality and ingredients.

Most common food analyses we perform:

Food Pathogens (E. coli, Coliforms, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella, Listeria, Bacilli, Yeast and moulds, Yersinia, Clostridia, Campylobacter...)
Chemical Infectious Substances (Heavy metals, mycotoxins, pesticides, herbicides, acrylamide, polychlorinated biphenyls - PCB’s, toxic substances…)
