Neolab’s policy is to ensure accurate and timely services and to continuously meet or exceed the stated or implied expectations of our clients. Client satisfaction is an important part of our laboratory’s policy as well as confidentiality and professionalism within the services we provide.

Management is committed to providing quality services to the client. Analytical tests are always carried out in accordance with stated standardized methods and clients’ requirements. Any requests to perform tests that may jeopardize an objective result or have a low validity are rejected.

Excellence in the workplace is promoted by providing all employees with the knowledge, training, and tools necessary to allow for the completion of accurate and timely work. Through our management system, personnel are familiarized with our quality documentation which allows them to implement these policies and procedures in their work.

As part of our commitment to comply with the ISO/IEC 17025 international standards, we continually improve the effectiveness of the current management system. Through both internal and external audits, we regularly review the compliant policies and associated procedures that are integrated into our daily activities. Continual improvements are established, implemented, and locked into the management system.

Included within our policy are the following objectives:

  • To establish the level of the laboratory’s performance
  • To regularly review test methods for opportunities to improve performance
  • To participate in proficiency testing or quality evaluation programs with peer laboratories
  • To ensure that all personnel are trained to a level of familiarity with the quality management system appropriate to the individual’s degree of responsibility
  • To improve and validate laboratory methodologies by participation in method validation collaborative tests
